Subset’s Ambrosia Gets Played on National Radio

Another milestone was acheived by the lads last night.

Andrew Collings, who was standing in for Gideon Coe last night, played Ambrosia in its entirety on 6 Music.

That was the first time that Subset has been played on a national radio station – international if you include the live webcast!

If you missed the show just click here and jump in at the 2 hour mark to hear Subset. They get another mention later on as well ;)

The link will stay live for a week – so do it now!

This is where Subset appeared in the 6 Music playlist.

So, a huge thank you to Andrew for playing the track and hopefully the gigs on Friday and Saturday will see even more Subsetters attending as these were also mentioned :)

Please find time to help save this wonderful radio station by visiting here and signing the petition.

How can people say that the death of the great John Peel is such a loss to radio and music (which it is) and then watch the BBC threaten to close a station that holds Peel’s values to heart?

Let’s save it while we can!
